Can you guarantee every B or C device becomes A Grade?
No. The target grade is an objective, not a promise for every unit. Initial condition, model, repairability and approved work determine the final outcome.
Do you provide board-level repair?
Level 4 board repair is one of our core services. Suitable units are diagnosed and scoped before repair; a successful repair is not guaranteed.
Are parts and shipping included in the service price?
The quotation defines the commercial scope. Parts, labor, shipping and other requirements are stated for your batch rather than assumed to be included in every program.
Does the 12-month wholesale warranty cover customer-owned repair batches?
No automatic extension is stated in the wholesale warranty. That policy applies to eligible A+ and A devices sold by T.Tech to the original invoiced wholesale buyer. Customer-owned refurbishment services follow their separately agreed written terms.
