The T.Tech grading guide describes cosmetic condition and expected functionality. Battery health, packaging, parts messages and any exceptions must also be checked against the individual lot.

Kitted / A+ in box
Pristine screen and housing. No signs of use. Complete kit with all accessories.
Fully tested; 100% functional.
A+ Grade
Flawless screen and housing. No scratches or marks.
Fully tested; 100% functional.
AB Grade
Minimal handling wear; faint screen marks possible. No deep scratches.
Fully tested; fully functional.
Grade B
Moderate wear, visible scratches or scuffs; screen may have marks.
Fully tested; fully functional.
Grade C
Heavy wear: deep scratches, dents or screen imperfections.
Fully tested; fully functional.
Auction / As Is
Condition varies. Missing parts and other issues are possible.
Untested or partially tested; functional issues possible. For parts, repair or refurbishment.
The chart is a condition reference, not a live stock list. Applicable written lot specifications and disclosed exceptions form part of your order.

90%+ battery health applies where specified. Confirm the requirement for your selected lot; individual specifications and disclosed exceptions apply.
Point manual testing
Our grading program includes 30+ point manual testing for stock sold as tested. Auction / As Is inventory is treated separately and may be untested or partially tested.
Parts and device messages
Parts-history messages and functional exceptions are reviewed separately from cosmetic appearance and should be stated with the lot or invoice.

Does the cosmetic grade determine warranty coverage?
The limited B2B warranty covers eligible A+ and A Grade devices. AB and lower grades are excluded unless covered in separate written terms. The grade does not override disclosed exceptions or the full warranty policy.
Is all inventory refurbished?
No. The applicable stock description is retained. Used inventory is not automatically described as refurbished, and an unlocked or fully functional status is confirmed on the individual lot.
What is different about Auction / As Is?
It is sold as-is with no guarantees. Devices may be untested or partially tested, may have functional issues, and may be missing parts. These lots are intended for parts, repair or refurbishment.
Can you work toward a different target grade?
Yes, ask about a refurbishment program. Repairability, the authorized work, target grade and exceptions are agreed for the batch. An individual unit's final outcome depends on inspection and repair results.
